Christina Aguilera Dropped 20 Pounds By Spending HOW Much?!
It’s no secret that Christina Aguilera is in a constant battle with her weight. The pop diva’s struggles have been highly publicized over the past few years, with hurtful comments being made on the singer’s frequent “yo-yoing” size.
But after taking Season 4 off from The Voice, Xtina looks better than ever! The “Beautiful” singer has attended numerous events in the past few months, the latest being the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, and each time fans and critics alike have applauded her newly trim figure.
Now a source close to Us Weekly tells the publication that Xtina’s slimmer size is due to The Fresh Diet plan and extra sessions with her personal trainer.
The Fresh Diet is a home delivery plan costing $1,394.69 per month, which brings delicious and healthy meals to the singer’s home. Christina has opted for this new meal plan over her fried favorites and quickly dropped 20 pounds from her 5-foot-2 frame.
The meals include tasty options like pumpkin-apple quinoa oatmeal for breakfast, a chopped grilled steak salad with roasted tomatoes for lunch, and grilled ahi tuna with sweet potatoes and cauliflower for dinner with apple-cinnamon cheesecake for dessert. Umm, sign us up!
But nutrition isn’t Christina’s only life change. She’s also started weight training with fitness pro Tee Sorge and practicing yoga. Hmm, we’re dreaming of private yoga sessions with fellow Voice coach Adam Levine — come on, you know these two have tons of steamy sexual tension!
Now the singer is back and looking better than ever just in time to return to The Voice for Season 5 (set to air Sept. 23).
