Frances Bean Cobain Offered Role of Twilight’s Bella? Why She Turned It Down
Frances Bean Cobain is on a roll! She recently bashed Kendall Jenner as a self-involved idiot and her mother, Courtney Love, told Howard Stern she bashed Twilight, too.
“When she was 13 she was offered Twilight. She was offered Bella in Twilight.” Yes, according to Courtney, Kurt Cobain's daughter almost had the role that made Kristen Stewart a superstar.

“That’s a true story,” Courtney told Howard, adding that Frances didn't audition for the part, but “someone just saw a picture of her in a magazine and sent me the script for Twilight."
However, Mom said Frances was not into it. "She was like 'That's a sexist, Mormon piece of sh-t!'" Howard argued in favor of doing the film, but Courtney said "It would have destroyed her life." That’s probably true.
Courtney said she and Frances are now in a good place with each other — they tweet and e-mail, although they haven't actually seen each other in three years. That's a shame. They should meet up and bond over their strong opinions on the Kardashian clan, Amanda Bynes and, apparently, Twilight.
What do you think? Can you imagine Frances Bean as Bella instead of Kristen? Would Frances have chemistry with Rob Pattinson? That whole Robsten romance would never have happened...
