Lydia says she has gotten to see Tamra's good side and thinks there really is hope for her and Alexis to talk out their differences.
"On the ride up to LA for Heather's Hot In Cleveland episode, Tamra was caring and sweet," Lydia writes in her Bravo blog. "I have seen another side to her from the CUT party. A softer side that she showed with her mother this episode."
"I've started to think perhaps my 'role' in this whole group of woman is to be a peacemaker and help everyone get along," Lydia explains. "Maybe Alexis and Tamra could put their past behind them and move on. I know it is not good to hold onto such negativity, and so I wanted to encourage Alexis to talk to Tamra."
"I couldn't picture Tamra yelling and cussing at Alexis if we all met for coffee in the middle of the day and had a real heart to heart," she adds.
Lydia acknowledges that not all of the show's fans think she is doing the right thing by trying to get her mom to quit smoking marijuana.
"I've noticed that having this conversation with her in the public eye has made this a very controversial subject," Lydia writes. "People seem to be on one side of the fence or the other. The pot supporters out there condemn me for drinking alcohol while opposing my Mom's pot use."
"I don't love her pot habits, but I love her," she continues. "The bottom line is, we are family and we will always be in each other's lives."
Long story short: Some people like going to the Land of the Bunnies, and some don't.
