Jessica Simpson Accused of Faking Baby Pictures for OK! Magazine
Jessica Simpson has been involved in a lawsuit with OK! Magazine after grabbing a man's baby and mugging with the infant for the camera, making it look as if the baby were hers.
According to the lawsuit uncovered by The Times-Picayune in New Orleans, Christopher Hurst was with his teenage daughter and infant son at a department store in October 2011 to meet Jessica. The lawsuit claims when Christopher got close to Jessica, a stranger suggested he hand his son to Jessica who was pregnant at the time. Christopher agreed, and then, according to the suit, a photographer began taking pictures.
The suit says Christopher was stunned months later when OK! put the pic on its cover, making it look like it was Jessica's baby. But the weird part of this is that even then Jessica's actual baby wasn't even born yet.
Jessica is being accused of being involved with the plot, with claims that she had a deal with a competing magazine to sell the first baby picture for $800,000, but got greedy and hatched a plot with OK! to double dip with a baby that wasn't even hers. What?!
Christopher is suing Jessica, OK!, and Getty Images for damages of more than $75,000.
