Kailyn Lowry and her husband, Javi Marroquin, stirred up some serious domestic drama when Javi made the decision to enroll in the U.S. Air Force. Why? Because Kailyn shares custody of her son, Isaac, with her baby daddy, Jo Rivera, who's less than thrilled by the idea of Isaac relocating.
Unfortunately for Jo, Javi recently hit up his first Air Force base (we believe he's stationed at Dover in Delaware), and it looks like Kailyn can't wait to move out of Pennsylvania and join her man.
"& @JaviM9 is off again," Kailyn tweeted on June 16. "Base during the week and home for the weekends. #militarylife #militarywife."
With any luck, Kailyn and Javi will find a house near base so they can live together as one happy family, but first they have to take Jo to court. Kailyn isn't allowed to move Isaac out of state without a judge's permission, and it looks like Jo isn't giving in without a fight — though when a fan asked Kailyn what the status is on her custody battle, she tweeted "We haven't seen the judge yet."
No word as to when Kailyn and Jo are heading to court, but it's likely that Kailyn will be granted permission to move Isaac to Delaware, especially since Jo will still be able to see his kiddo on the regular.
After all, Delaware is just a hop, skip and a jump from PA, so hopefully Jo's relationship with Isaac won't be too dramatically affected!
Do you think it's wrong for Kailyn to try to move Isaac away from Jo? Dish your thoughts in the comments!
