How Did Kristen Bell Lose Baby Weight? Her Simple Plan

Kristen Bell is back to her usual petite powerhouse size after giving birth to daughter Lincoln in March.

The Veronica Mars star talked to USA Today about how she lost the weight.

"I got off my butt and got to the gym," Kristen said, adding that she ate a lot of salads, fruits and vegetables and cut back on desserts. "I really have no secret, I started working out when the doctor told me that I could and I kind of put the pedal to the metal. I'm not doing anything unhealthy and I never would. But I'm trying to eat clean and keep everything on track as best as possible."

Kristen looked amazing at the CMT Music Awards earlier in June, and just shared a cute hula hoop photo from the set of the new Veronica Mars movie. So she also had work-related motivation, which helps. 'Cause if you don't have to lose the weight right away, why rush?
