The Voice

Watch Danielle Bradbery Sing Live at Age 12! The Voice Winner’s First Performance (VIDEO)

True, 16-year-old Danielle Bradbery came to The Voice without a previous recording contract or connections in the music industry, but the claims that her biggest audience was at “Thanksgiving dinner” before national TV is completely false.

This child prodigy has been perfecting her craft since the tender age of 12, and we have the footage to prove it!

On June 21, 2009, a video of Dani’s performance at the International Festival in Houston, Texas was posted on YouTube. The description reads, “Introducing Danielle Bradbery (Houston, Tx). This is her first time on stage.”

The tiny tween takes the stage with the confidence we’ve come to know and love on The Voice. And though her voice still has some growing to do in the video, we know now that she matured to have some of the most flawless vocals we’ve ever heard on the show.

In the clip, she sings “God Bless America” and Miley Cyrus’s “The Climb.” What a cutie!
