It's possible that the hit-and-run victim may drop the charges, but the D.A. reportedly will press on in its effort to punish Chris. If the judge finds that Chris violated his probation, Chris faces four years behind bars.
As you might expect, Chris is not happy about this latest development. "I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit 'n' run — I provided the correct info," Chris tweeted on July 15. "There were no injuries or damages. C'mon!!"
So will Chris get hit with a hefty punishment? We'll have to wait and see.
