Kate Middleton’s Blue Polka-Dot Baby Reveal Dress: Who Made It? Can You Buy It?

Kate Middleton and Prince William, aka the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, just showed off their baby prince for the first time. As they left St. Mary's Hospital in London, Kate's hair looked perfect and her outfit was adorable.

Since everything Kate wears gets massive interest, what's the story with that blue polka-dot dress?

According to Vanity Fair, British designer Jenny Packham made the dress exclusively for Kate, and there are no plans to make it available for sale. (Sorry!) The maternity dress uses polka-dot crepe de chine in cornflower blue, with pintucks at the collar and a "self-belt" over a slight empire waist.

The dress is an original, but there’s no word on when they started working on it, or if Kate requested blue because she knew she was carrying a boy. It's a shame they don't plan on making more cute dresses like this. Someone will probably do a knock-off, though.
