Frank Ocean Cancels His Sold Out Tour Due to Illness — What’s Wrong?
Frank Ocean may have the whole "Swim Good" thing on lock, but when it comes to singing well, he's fallen off his game.
The former Odd Future member was forced to cancel his sold out Australian tour after the first night of performances went disastrously, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The singer got himself checked out at a local doctor and discovered that he's dealing with an incredibly painful-sounding torn vocal chord, meaning he'll have to step away from the mic for the rest of the tour.
Although he did his best to give fans a show, on the first night of the tour, an off-key Frank revealed that he wasn't feeling well, but wasn't sure if his fans would return the love.
"I'm sick," he reportedly told the audience. "I don't know if you care."
Oh, Frank. We do care! We care a lot, and we're pretty sure your concertgoers are going to care about getting their tickets refunded.
Frank isn't the first performer to bail on their own shows this summer: just yesterday, Beyonce's little sister, Solange, announced that she was "devastated" to cancel her international tour dates for the summer while she relocates her family from Los Angeles to Brooklyn.
