Kenya Moore released her Booty Boot Camp fitness DVD to her adoring public a few months ago, and while the ladies may give her a little side-eye for its similarity to Phaedra Parks’s own booty blasting venture, one way to silence the haters is to prove her product actually works.
So, for all of us weighing the pros and cons of her body shaping tips, how much does Kenya actually weigh?
Well, be prepared to run out and buy a copy of Booty Boot Camp, because this routine apparently works! While most of us would never (as in ever) reveal our weight to the entire world, Kenya had no qualms about disclosing her magic number.
“Weighed in today: 145lbs 18% body fat get my booty boot camp workout now!” The Real Housewives of Atlanta star shared earlier this month. Sure, it was a not so subtle way to plug her product, but we got to give credit where credit is due.
The 5’10 beauty clearly works hard for her body and it shows. Even though she was named Miss U.S.A. in about 20 years ago, she clearly stays in pageant ready mode!
