Teresa and Joe Giudice Fraud Case: Prosecutors Turning to Bravo for Unaired Footage — Report

As the October 8 trial date approaches for Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, prosecutors are busy building the case against the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple. According to the Daily News, the team is even turning to Bravo for help!

Joe and Teresa have been charged with 39 counts of financial fraud and the lawyers aiming to see them behind bars are eager to get their hands on proof that the Giudice's can't control their lavish spending habits. What better way to make their point than to obtain footage of the Jersey couple in action?

The Daily News reports that the prosecutors have requested unaired footage in hopes of achieving their goal and finding evidence of "inappropriate spending."

"For every hour that airs, there are more than 20 hours of unedited footage,” their source claimed. “They shoot for three months and end up using only the footage that fits into the storyline they want to focus on.”

Do you think Bravo should hand over the footage? Sound off in the comments below!
