Dancing With The Stars

Dance Mom’s Abby Lee Miller on Joining Dancing With the Stars: “I Would Love to Be On It”

Sound the alarms, dance fans — worlds are colliding. Dance Mom’s Abby Lee Miller recently revealed she’d love to be on Dancing With the Stars, in spite of her ongoing feud with pros Derek Hough and Mark Ballas.

In her words, some of the dancers “talked a little smack about Dance Moms,” she told Access Hollywood. (In February 2012, Derek tweeted that he was “livid” about her “child abuse,” while Mark called her tactics “horrible” and said she “needs to be fired.”) While she wouldn’t name them specifically, she dissed Derek, saying, “I’m not giving that little skinny blond guy any more credit,” she said with a laugh.

With that being said, it wouldn’t stop her from going on the show — except not as a “star.” Naturally, Abby would rather be a choreographer or work on another show entirely.

“I would love to be on it, maybe I’ll just talk to those producers about another show, who knows?” she dished. “I just was never into performing. It’s just hard work. It’s hard work … I like to choreograph and create and design the costumes and do it all and then step back and watch it and then move on to the next project.”

That sounds like the only plan that would work with Derek and Mark still on the show. We can only imagine what would happen if she stepped onto the ballroom with one of them!

Would you like to see Abby on DWTS, or should she stay with Dance Moms? Sound off below.
