Pretty Little Liars Season 4 Halloween Synopsis: Episode 13 — “Grave New World”

Pretty Little Liars is officially gone from our TV screens for almost two full months, but when it does return for the Season 4 Halloween special: Episode 13 — “Grave New World,” things are about to get intense!

Yes, even more intense than that shocker of a summer finale we just saw. ABC Family has released the official synopsis for the October 22 episode, which also serves as a lead-in to the series premiere of PLL’s spin-off, Ravenswood.

Here's the official ABC Family synopsis of the episode:

"Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) crash the Ravenswood Founders Day Celebration after finding a clue in “A’s” new lair that Ali (Sasha Pieterse) may indeed be alive.

Dressed in their finest Edwardian wear, the ladies hit the creepy cemetery party to find Ali before “A” can. But if Ali is truly alive, could the PLLs be leading “A” straight to their friend without knowing it? With Ezra (Ian Harding) lurking in the shadows, “A” may be closer than the girls realize.

Meanwhile, Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) heads to Ravenswood to help the girls and meets kindred soul Miranda (Nicole Gale Anderson) along the way."

Hold on a second. Did they just say “kindred soul”?! We are so not on board with this. Granted, “kindred soul” doesn’t necessarily mean “new love interest”... but it doesn’t exactly sound promising either.

Even if Caleb and Miranda don’t strike up a romance right away, it’s clear that these two will share a deep emotional connection. That is something that fans of Caleb and his current GF, Hanna, do not want to hear.
