Omarosa Manigault Moves On — A Year After Michael Clarke Duncan Death
It’s been a year to the day since Oscar winner Michael Clarke Duncan passed away of after complications from a heart attack on September 3, 2012. Now, People reports that his former fiancée — The Apprentice star Omarosa Manigault — has started dating WWE star Titus O’Neill.
"She's been really apprehensive about dating since Michael died," a source tells People. "But everyone who loves her has been encouraging her to step out and try it again. So far, things seem to be going good. They seem really happy together.”
Omarosa, 39, started dating Titus, 36, back in August, after the two were introduced by a mutual friend at the WWE Superstars of Hope Party in Beverly Hills. Dating long distance can be challenging at times — he’s based in Tampa while she lives in Los Angeles — but the couple makes things work by video chatting often and flying to visit each other whenever they can.
Michael Clarke Duncan, best known as John Coffey in The Green Mile, but who also appeared as Leo Knox in Bones spinoff The Finder, had planned to marry Omarosa in January 2013. After he passed away in July, the reality star says she was “devastated.” It’s clear, even from her Twitter page, that she still thinks about him.
Even though Omarosa is ready to open herself up to love once again, we’re certain Michael will be in her heart forever.
