Kim Kardashian Engagement Ring: Is Kris Humphries Auctioning It? Report
Time to crack open that piggy bank, because a bona fide piece of Kardashian history could be yours! Word on the street is that Kim Kardashian's ex-husband, Kris Humphries, is selling her stunning engagement ring, and we want in on that action.
According to The Daily Mail, a Lorraine Schwartz ring has popped up at Christie's upcoming October 15 auction (titled "Bright and Beautiful") that matches the description of the rock Kris gave Kim.
The sparkler, which is just under 20 carats (FYI, Kim's ring was reported to be over 20 carats) is estimated to bring between $300,000 and $500,000 –– less than a quarter of the $2 million K-Humps allegedly paid for the ring when he purchased it for Kimmy.
Naturally, Kris has neither confirmed nor denied whether the ring in question is Kim's (it's listed as the 'property of a gentleman), but there's no denying that the ring at Christie's is a dead ringer (see what we did there?) for Kim's rock. Of course, we won't know for sure until Kris coughs up the truth!
Do you think Kris is selling Kim's ring? Either way, a portion of the profits are slated to go to charity, so at least someone is benefiting from this fabulous relic of K-squared's failed marriage.
