Miley Cyrus has just revealed some jaw-dropping news. Or should we say, jaw-closing news.
The controversial pop star was interviewed by French talk show Le Nouveau Visage, where she revealed that she doesn't plan to stick her tongue out of her mouth in public anymore.
"That’s getting a little old," Miley admits about her now-trademark tongue move. "I’m gonna have to retire it, come up with something else."
Wait, it's getting old already? Didn't Miley just debut the tongue wag at the VMAs last month? If you ask us, she could get at least a little more mileage out of it.
Indeed, there was plenty of tongue talk during Miley's interview, with the show's host wanting to know just what exactly her tongue is capable of. "Y’know, for as long as it is, you would think I could touch my nose — I can’t," she says. "It’s an exercise — I’m gonna have to practice." Boy, they really ask the hard-hitting questions in France, don't they?
What about tongue tricks? "I don’t have enough control," Miley laments. "I can’t do anything — no four-leaf clover, nothing." Don't worry, Miley — it's important to have goals.
So will you miss seeing Miley's tongue, or do you think it should stay in her mouth where it belongs?
