Dancing Woman at Bus Stop Invited to Appear in a Local Play (VIDEO) [UPDATE]

Update: Since the viral video has been shared around the world, "Dancing Queen" Ellie Cole has been invited to appear in Lynne Paris' acclaimed musical play Ah Men! at a theater in her hometown of Eastleigh. Cole is a former performing arts student who finds the invitation "very flattering and humbling," according to The Telegraph. "There's no doubt it's very exciting."

We have definitely all been here at one point or another, waiting for the bus, rockin’ out to some tunes, and itching to burst into some interpretive dance that no one but you will understand. That’s why it’s so awesome to see this British woman let her body move the music on her afternoon commute home, swinging her hips and busting some karate moves.

Set to ABBA’s hit “Dancing Queen,” 34-year-old Ellie Cole was recorded at the bus stop snapping her fingers, shuffling her feet, and wiggling her hips to what we can only assume was the best damn life soundtrack ever! Ellie even pulls out a few Kung-Fu punches that even Jackie Chan would be jealous of.

“I have my headphones in every day on the way back from work and I just can’t help myself — I just dance,” Ellie tells The Times. “My mum thinks I’m bonkers. But I’m a normal 34-year-old woman who just loves to dance.”

To that, we say shake whatchyo momma gave ya, Ellie! We loved her dancing spirit so much, in fact, that maybe we’ll bust out a few of our own moves tonight at the bus stop. Everybody flash dance!
