Connie Britton at 2013 Emmys: Nashville Star Wears “Ottoman Empire”-Inspired Dress — Exclusive (PHOTO)

Nashville star Connie Britton turned heads as she arrived at the 2013 Emmys on September 22 in a peacock blue silk velvet strapless gown with antique gold embroidery from Indian-born designer Naeem Khan's Ready to Wear Fall 2013 collection. Wetpaint Entertainment has learned exclusively that Connie's vibrant ensemble was inspired by the Ottoman Empire.

And Connie's not the only one wearing Naeem Khan tonight. Wetpaint has learned that Matt Damon's wife, Luciana Barroso, wore a custom-made gold, horizontal kelp slip dress, also designed by Naeem Khan.

Naeem Khan has created looks for a variety of A-list celebs like Beyonce, Brooke Shields, and even First Lady Michelle Obama.
