The Originals

The Originals Music: Songs From Season 1, Episode 6 — “Fruit of the Poisoned Tree”

They’ve done it yet again. The Originals is really on a roll with matching up some incredible tunes with the epic drama going on down in New Orleans. Not only is the writing superb, but the jams are taking it to a whole other level.

In tonight’s episode, “Bloodletting,” we had some very tense moments from Klaus (Joseph Morgan) in the wake of the witches putting some bad juju on his baby mama, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) and his unborn hybrid babe. This put Sophie (Daniella Pineda) in harm’s way as well, proving that the witches definitely don’t want this bundle of joy to see the light of day.

And now that we’re starting to understand more of Cami (Leah Pipes) and Davina’s (Danielle Campbell) backstory, we’re gearing up for a very complicated and intricate season ahead.

Check out the songs from tonight’s episode below and then hit the comments to let us know which was your favorite!
