Grey’s Anatomy Season 10 Spoilers: Jo Has to Testify in Callie’s Malpractice Suit

We already know that before the first half of Grey’s Anatomy’s tenth season draws to a close, Callie (Sara Ramirez) will be faced with a malpractice lawsuit. And Callie won’t be the only one affected — Jo (Camilla Luddington) will have to testify in the lawsuit, too.

So what can we expect?

“It’s a huge, huge episode for [Callie],” Camilla shared with OK! Magazine. “Jo is also working on a surgery with her in that instance and is asked to come to trial to testify. So lots of drama coming up — no Karev drama, thank God.”

Phew. We were so relieved to see Jo and Alex (Justin Chambers) back together last week (Season 10, Episode 7: “Thriller”) that we would hate to see them torn apart again so soon.

“These are two characters who have huge issues communicating clearly,” Camilla said of Jo and Alex. “I’m not sure how long it will last, but the next two episodes at least are good.”

How’d they finally make it work? “It took a Tinkerbell outfit for it to happen, apparently,” Camilla joked.

What do you think will happen that will cause a lawsuit for Callie? Share your thoughts below!
