It’s natural to be jealous of the girls who get to compete for roses on The Bachelor. And whether it’s Season 18 hunk Juan Pablo Galavis or one of the other fellas you’re after, chances are you’ve wanted to sneak into the Bachelor Mansion to surprise your love at one point. And guess what? You can! Well, sort of.
Bachelor Mansion is one of the most famous properties in the world, thanks to its use as holding grounds on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor Pad. And while over time, we suspect that it’s developed sort of a fungus caused by spilt wine coolers in some of its less visible rooms, we still want to go to there, like, yesterday.
Good news: The 8,000-square-foot pad is located in Agoura, California, it features a pool that was likely cleaned after Ed Swiderski’s summer 2012 escapades in it, and you can rent it out! In fact, the “Villa de la Vina,” as noobs call it, has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and sits on a 10-acre piece of land. While all who stay there aren’t necessarily unceremoniously ousted whilst wearing a prom dress, if you shell out $2,100 a night, you can make your own rules.
The house was purchased in 2010 for a mere $1.7 million, and we’re not sure if years of Bachelor filming has added or detracted from the value, but that doesn’t make us want to stay there any less. And hey, in case you haven’t seen enough of it to make a choice on the matter, you can drive by the house at 2351 Kanan Road, Agoura Hills, California to see it for yourself.
Just remember: If you find any past contestants lurking on the property, it is your job as a citizen of Bachelor Nation to alert Chris Harrison immediately. You probably don’t know what she’s been through.
