An autopsy was completed in August, but the results were deferred for additional tests.
On January 3, 2014, the L.A. County Coroner told TMZ that Lisa's death was ruled an accidental overdose from "multiple drug intoxication."
The full report will be released within two weeks, TMZ added.
Lisa's boyfriend had taken her to the hospital on August 11, where she registered a very high blood alcohol level of .34. She checked herself into Pax Rehab House in Altadena, CA, to battle “the addiction problems that have plagued her these past few years,” her agent told E! News at the time. Tragically, within a few days of admittance, she was found dead.
At the time, Pax told law enforcement they didn't give Lisa any drugs, and no drugs or alcohol were found in her room. There was no evidence of trauma and her death had been deemed "a mystery."
It’s still a mystery as to what drugs were still in her system after several days in rehab, but maybe that information will be included in the report.
