Pretty Little Liars Spoilers Roundup: Season 4, Episode 16 — “Close Encounters”

Pretty Little Liars Season 4, Episode 15 ("Love ShAck, Baby") left us desperate for the next episode. Ezra is clearly sketchy, Ali may be in danger — why isn't it Tuesday yet?

Fortunately, we at least have some info about Season 4, Episode 16 ("Close Encounters") to help us prepare for what's coming up. We've rounded up the biggest spoilers about it right here so you can prepare for all the action.

Ali is back. For real. Last week we sorta kinda maybe saw Ali when she visited Em in what might have been a dream (though we think it was real), but this week we will definitely see her. For real. Not a dream. Not a flashback. Ali. In the flesh. Finally.

Wait — Shana is working for Ali? According to the official synopsis of the episode, "Shana returns to Ravenswood to tell Emily that she has a message from Ali" (which we see in the Canadian promo). "But can Emily and the girls trust Shana with all that they know about her?" We don't think Shana is very trustworthy, but the fact that we actually see Ali this episode makes us think her message may be legit.

Ali only wants to see Emily. The synopsis goes on, "And when Shana ups the stakes and says that Ali wants to meet Emily — and only Emily — could it all be part of an “A” plan, or is Emily really Alison’s favorite?" Interesting. Very interesting.

"Matters of the heart." "Meanwhile," the synopsis adds. "Aria and Hanna deal with matters of the heart." Could this be a hint that there's a potential Hanna/Travis hookup on the way already? Or is she still dealing with her breakup with Caleb?

As for Aria, based on the promo for the episode, Jake is going to end up questioning how good a guy Ezra is. We bet that will force Aria to consider which man she really wants a relationship with.
