Pretty Little Liars

Pretty Little Liars Season 4, Episode 17 Spoilers: 6 Things We Learn From the Canadian Promo

Now that we've seen Ali in action, we have more questions than ever headed into Pretty Little Liars Season 4, Episode 17 ("Bite Your Tongue"). Fortunately the Canadian promo gives us a lot of info about what we can expect when we tune in next Tuesday, January 28, 2014.

We've taken a close look at the promo to see what information we can squeeze out of it.

1. Hanna was treated by "A" at the dentist. The promo opens with Hanna telling the other Liars that she went to the dentist, and ended up getting treated by "A". That might be a whole new level of WTF. We get some more clips of this creepy scene at :13, and at :15 we see the Liars pull a message out of Hanna's tooth. We've known this moment was coming ever since the first winter promo, but it's still hella creepy. As Aria says at :19: "Who is this monster?!"

2. Emily in trouble at school. We were given hints of this in the American promo, but at :06 here we see Emily walking through the school, where there appears to be some sort of electricity outage. "I need you to come to the school and pick me up," she tells someone on the phone in a panicked voice as sparks fly above her.

3. Spencer at work. "I'm trying to piece this together," Spencer says in voiceover at :08. We see her hard at work in her room, pouring over photos from Ali's diary.

4. Ali! "I don't know why I'm taking advice from someone who doesn't know how to order," Ali mocks at :11. Based on her tone and looks we're thinking this might be a flashback, but we hope it's in the present. The more Ali, the better!

5. Mona, the devil? At :12 we see Mona smiling at a guy. His back is turned, but we think it's Aria's little bro, Mike. That would explain why at :13 Aria is insisting to someone, "Mona's the devil."

6. Emily prepares to protect herself. At :22 we see Em watch a door open, and then prepare to stab whoever is opening it with scissors. At first we thought this was the same as the school scene, but on closer observation we think she might actually be in her room.

Watch it for yourself here, and then sound off with your own thoughts in the comments:
