Can you say adorable? Dancing With the Stars pros Derek Hough and Mark Ballas have been best friends forever, and now they've proven just how deep their ties run by buying a house together.
TMZ reports that the best buds went halfsies on a house in San Fernando Valley. How much did their gorgeous new home cost? Oh, just a mere $1.275 million. No wonder they wanted to split the cost!
Plus, this isn't the first time Mark and Derek have cohabitated. These talented dancers actually grew up together. Derek and his sister, former DWTS pro Julianne Hough, are from Utah, but they moved to England when Derek was 12 to train with Mark's parents, legendary ballroom dancers and coaches Corky and Shirley Ballas.
Along with learning from the Ballases, the Houghs also lived with them — which means they grew up with Mark. Julianne stayed with the Ballases for five years. And Derek? He stuck around for 10 years. So really, these DWTS pros are practically brothers.
Anyone who has watched the show knows Mark and Derek are super tight, and seem to always get along. We bet they'll make fantastic housemates.
