Jessica Alba Reveals Her Addictions: Instagram and Craigslist
Jessica Alba is one busy lady these days. Not only is she a mom and an actress, but she’s also one of the co-founders of The Honest Company. And when she’s not chasing after her daughters, Honor and Haven, Jessica Alba’s keeping busy with her two favorite hobbies: Instagram and Craigslist.
“I bought my hot pink desk off Craigslist. I have a problem,” Jessica admitted in a recent interview with Redbook. “I love vintage furniture, and refurbishing is one of the most eco things you can do. I also got a couple of cool chairs and Danish mid-century credenzas off of Craigslist.”
If she loves reworking furniture so much, we would love to pass along some of our own Craigslist finds to her (and their corresponding Pinterest pins) so she can work her magic for our houses.
Her husband, Cash Warren, isn’t so into that kind of stuff, though. Sports is more his thing. “Fantasy football is so annoying — there’s always a game on,” Jessica said. “Though he says I’m addicted to Instagram, so it goes both ways!”
But let’s be real: We’re all addicted to Instagram.
Jess also spends a lot of time with Honor, age 5, and Haven, age 2 — and when she needs parenting advice, she goes straight to the girls from her Mommy and Me group.
“They’re some of my closest girlfriends,” Jessica said. “It’s weird when we’re doing normal mom things and there’s paparazzi around. That’s the only thing that makes everyone uncomfortable.”
