Emily Kinney Shares Adorable Behind the Scenes Moment With Norman Reedus (PHOTOS)
There’s no denying that The Walking Dead Season 4, Episode 12: “Still” was an intense hour. In a behind-the-scenes video, Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) even recounted how he and special effects guru Greg Nicotero played poker between scenes and jokingly tossed the chips at crew members when things got too tense. Emily Kinney (Beth Greene) has also said that TWD can be “draining”, which we can totally understand. It’s a show that takes place as the world is (seemingly) ending!
Still, the cast and crew is somewhat accustomed to the heavy nature of TWD by now, and they know just how important it is to have some fun and let loose when the cameras aren’t rolling. Emily Instagrammed a lighthearted photo from the set earlier this week depicting Norman wrapping his arms around her from behind in a playful hug/choke hold combo. Emily is hugging him back and both of them have huge grins on their faces. She captioned the sweet snap, “This is fun. #thankful #happy.”
We also couldn’t help but notice the similarities between the photo that Emily shared and the moment in “Still” after Daryl confessed to Beth that he felt responsible for the fall of the prison and she came up behind him and wrapped her arms around him in a sweet embrace.
The fun continued for Emily and Norman last Sunday as they filmed an episode of Taking Dead and made sure to goof around on that set as well. On March 2 Chris Hardwick Instagrammed a photo of himself with the Walking Dead actors, who were each making funny faces and made clever use of the pink boob prop.
