Grey's Anatomy

Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 14 Review: What Did You Think of “You’ve Got to Hide Your Love Away”?

Talk about a love lockdown! The doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial are under a strict no-fraternizing mandate. Does that mean they didn't sleep with each other in Season 10, Episode 14 — "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away"? Of course not. They just slept with each other with a little more discretion than before.

The most surprising and delighting hook-up of the hour? That'd be Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Owen (Kevin McKidd), of course. Who knew that talking about window dressing could be such tantalizing foreplay? We were certainly feeling it!

To the surprise of no one, Owen did the honorable thing and broke things off with Emma, a future with whom he just can't imagine.

By the way, Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo's (Camilla Luddington) fake breakup? Totally had us fooled. We just thought it was an overly melodramatic conversation. Is Grey's undercutting our expectations here? If so, well done.

Also awesome? Alex's teardown of the board members and their hypocrisy. And the senior docs had to admit that they too are addicts. It's hard to enforce a rule you yourself can't follow, huh?

And finally, we have to commend Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) on balancing her frustration with Derek (Patrick Dempsey) with her support and love for him. They ended the episode having the sweetest, goofiest angry sex we've ever seen.
