Which Basketball Wives Star Is Being Accused of Skipping Out on Personal Property Taxes?

As the newest season of VH1’s Basketball Wives L.A. is heating up, one cast member seems to be finding herself in hot water. This gal is reportedly in a bit of financial trouble with both her home and business and you won’t believe who it is.

According to TheYBF, new cast member Brittish Williams has a $1,800 lien against her house for failure to pay her personal property taxes in the state of Missouri. To add insult to injury, Brittish’s clothing company, Love of Labels Boutique, has received numerous complaints from customers, causing it to receive an “F” rating by the Better Business Bureau!

However, it seems that none of this is ruffling the BBW star’s feathers. In fact, the newbie took to Twitter on March 6 to deny that she owes any money, saying “1800??? I can't afford to pay these taxes…[peace sign] [goodbye].”

Although Brittish did admit on Twitter that her company has received a bad rating from Better Business Bureau, she noted, “Yes we have a F rating with the BBB we aren’t accredited with them and never have been! We have has[sp] 30 complaints out of 8000 orders?” continuing with, “What % is that! I’m a hard working young black women! Who started with 500 dollars and it’s had over half a million dollars.”

Brittish has since removed the comment from Twitter — probably because she gave a more sympathetic response to her consumers the day before on Fox 2 News in Missouri. Here’s what she had to say then:

“I would like to sincerely apologize as the founder/creator of Love of Labels to all those who were affected by the delay in items shipped. Love of Labels take this matter very seriously, which is why we have switched to a larger manufacture that allows us to ship ALL orders the next business day. I can assure you that your concerns are not being overlooked and that we are working effortlessly to accommodate every request.”

Brittish explained that there was an issue with her distributors as her business began to grow much faster than they could accommodate, but now she’s working hard to give her customers a better user experience.
