In the clip, Emma seems to be leading a town meeting. There's some sort of "monster" (read: flying monkey) keeping people from leaving town, and everyone is freaking out. They want someone to blame for the curse, so they all point fingers at the most obvious culprit: Regina.
Regina insists that this time around she's innocent; after all, if she were the one who cast the curse, wouldn't she have made sure she got Henry back? That seems like a pretty solid point to us, but the townsfolk — and Emma — are skeptical.
That's bad, because once Regina realizes that even Emma, who was apparently supposed to be her ally, is turning against her, she demands that no one come any closer.
"Do you remember who you're dealing with?" she spits out. "If you all want me to be the Evil Queen, then fine. That's exactly who you'll get!" She unleashes a burst of destructive magic and then disappears.
Clearly Regina is angry, and probably hurt. But we're fairly positive she's innocent, so hopefully she and Emma can make up and team up against the real bad gal, ASAP.
