Two and a Half Men’s Angus T. Jones Is Unrecognizable — See His Wild Beard! (VIDEO)

It's been just a year and a half since Angus T. Jones shunned the show that made him the highest-paid child actor on TV — and he last appeared on the March 6 episode, which probably didn't film too long ago. So it didn't take too long for Angus to transform his clean-cut look into something a little more scraggly! In an appearance at the World Harvest Outreach Church in Houston, Texas, Angus, now 20 years old, debuted a full, untrimmed beard and chin-to-shoulder length hair.

While he was in town, Angus stopped by Houston news station KHOU to talk shop about his career now that he's more active in religion.

"I was a paid hypocrite because I wasn't okay with it but I was still doing it," Angus says of his time as a series regular.

Back in November 2012, Angus slammed the series in a video on YouTube for the Forerunner Christian Church. "I'm on Two and a Half Men and I don't want to be on it," Angus said. "Please stop watching it. Please stop filling your head with filth. [...] You cannot be a true God-fearing person and be on a television show like that. I know I can't. I'm not OK with what I'm learning, what the Bible says, and being on that television show."

Despite standing by his opinion of the show, Angus does regret any hurt feelings he might've caused with his comments: "That's his like, that's his baby, and I just totally insulted his baby. And… to that degree, I am apologetic, but otherwise, I'm not… I don't regret saying what I said."

In that same vein, Angus says that he would be open to returning to the screen — for something "Bible-based." With that hair and beard, maybe he's prepping for a Biblical-times historical project?

What do you think of Angus's new look? Let us know in the comments!
