The Hunger Games’ Josh Hutcherson Gives Advice to His Younger Self (VIDEO)
Josh Hutcherson may just have reached the legal drinking age, but the Hunger Games actor has learned a lot of life in his 21 years on this planet — or so it seems from the five pearls of advice he say he'd give his younger self in this video.
First up: Do things because you want to do them. "You gotta do things because you believe in them, and you want to do them," Josh explains. "I was bullied some, for sure, especially when I first said I wanted to be an actor. Kids… thought it was weird in the more traditional neighborhood I'm from in Kentucky."
Also, be motivated by passion, not fear. "If you live in a state of being worried or afraid for things, that's not the kind of positivity that I wanna have in my life or around me. I wanna drive forward with what I want to do next, and, like, just in the moment with my passion and my energy and my happiness."
We won't spoil the other three, so press play and hear the other words of wisdom the Peeta portrayer has to offer! (Spoiler alert: Bask in the glow of J.Law is not one of them, but it totally should be!)
