Camille Grammer and Ex Kelsey Finally Sell Hawaii Home — For HOW Much Less Than Asking Price?
We're offering up cheers to former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer and ex-husband Kelsey, who finally managed to sell their lavish home on the Big Island of Hawaii after three years. But how far below their asking price are they getting?
Camille and Kelsey finalized their divorce in 2011, at which point they started trying to unload their numerous shared properties. In November 2013, they finally sold their Colorado home for $6.6 million, down from the $7.9 million they were initially asking for it. The couple's Malibu mansion is still on the market.
However, the couple got some relatively happy news recently, as their Hawaii home has finally sold. In Season 1, Camille flew to Hawaii during one episode to relax in the home.
The home — which has six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half (!) bathrooms — reportedly sold for $11 million, according to Radar Online. Apparently, the home's initial asking was $12.9 million, so Camille and Kelsey didn't get as much as they were hoping for. Still, we're sure they're relieved to be moving forward.
This has been a tough year for Camille. She continues to recover from chemotherapy and recently got a restraining order against ex-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos following his alleged abuse. So we continue to wish her all the best.
Are you surprised that it took so long for this home to sell?
