Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 4 Secrets Revealed Recap — Who’s Prepping for Major Surgery?

We get one final dose of wackiness and surprises for this season during tonight's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 4 "Secrets Revealed" episode. It's time for the recap, so put deodorant on your face, practice walking down the aisle with your construction crew, and don't call anyone a "clown."

Lip Service

The episode begins with Kim Richards giving Brandi Glanville a little acting training in preparation for her Lifetime role. Kim is underwhelmed by Brandi's acting chops at first, but by the end of their session together, Kim is... well, slightly less underwhelmed. Sounds like progress to us.

Kyle Richards has agreed to appear on the Home Shopping Network. But she gets a surprise when she learns she has to apply deodorant to her upper lip to keep from sweating while on-camera. Who knew showbiz was so glamorous?

Clowning Around

We see cute moments between the couples, as Lisa Vanderpump admits to referring to Ken as "Fatso." We're guessing he didn't get to pick that nickname out. We also hear Joyce Giraud talk at length about... well, the length of German men's pee-pees. Thanks for that info, Joyce.

Yolanda Foster and Carlton Gebbia bond when they meet with their Davids to discuss the music biz. David F. mentions a lot of famous people's names in a short span of time, but David G. is a good sport and is very impressed. However, the ladies aren't quite so easy-going when they discuss the fact that David F. called them "clowns" recently. Perhaps he just meant that they can all fit into a tiny car?

We get a visit from a familiar — and now newly married! — face as Taylor Armstrong gives Kim Richards advice on how to get her lips done. If anyone would know, it's Taylor, right? And Lisa gets exciting news when she learns she can now marry people at her forthcoming gay lounge, PUMP. Do we think this is a good idea? We do!

Our Overall Thoughts

So nothing too juicy happened this week, which is nice after the stressful reunions last month. However, it's interesting that Brandi is the only woman who was willing to defend Yolanda and David during the "clowns" discussion. This makes it clear that Brandi is Yolanda's closest friend on the show.

Also, Brandi still managed to squeeze in numerous digs about Lisa, like when Brandi brings up Calabasas yet again. Or when Brandi calls Lisa out for bullying Ken with his nickname. In other words, Brandi clearly is not ready to patch things up with Lisa.

Now, we can't wait for Season 5 to get here! If anyone needs us until then, we'll be busy covering our bodies head-to-toe in deodorant. You can never be too careful.
