Glee Music Spoilers: Rumored Song List for Season 5, Ep. 18 “The Back-Up Plan” Revealed!

Next week's Glee episode is going to be a very interesting one, involving big guest stars and surprising life choices for some of the characters. And we're now getting a glimpse at the episode's music selections, including another One Direction hit!

According to a rumored song list of Season 5, Episode 18: "The Back-Up Plan," Blaine (Darren Criss) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) will be performing a duet of 1D's "Story of My Life." This is definitely not the first time the boy band has been covered on Glee, with the show previously having performed "What Makes You Beautiful" and "Live While We're Young."

Rachel (Lea Michele) will be performing two songs in the episode: Avicii's recent hit "Wake Me Up," and Bette Midler's powerful classic "The Rose." This is likely to be a pivotal episode for Rachel, who jeopardizes her future with Funny Girl when she auditions for a TV pilot. Uh-oh.

Here are the tunes that we can look forward to hearing:

Avicii's "Wake Me Up" by Rachel

Lauryn Hill's "Doo Wop (That Thing)" by Mercedes and Santana

One Direction's "Story of My Life" by Klaine

Erma Franklin's "Piece of My Heart" by Blaine and June Dolloway (Shirley MacLaine)

Bette Midler's "The Rose" by Rachel

What do you think of this rumored song list?
