Once Upon a Time

Once Upon a Time Ratings Fall Slightly With Season 3, Episode 20

We knew it was too good to be true! After rebounding from a series low last week, the ratings for last night's all-new episode of Once Upon a Time have come in — and they're OK, but not very good. Season 3, Episode 20 ("Kansas") saw the (possible) demise of the Wicked Witch (Rebecca Mader) and Regina (Lana Parrilla) embrace her good magic, but what were the numbers?

According to Zap2it, last night's episode garnered a 2.0 rating in the key 18-49 demo, down two-tenths from last week's 2.2 rating. Just to compare the number of folks who tuned in: 6.7 million watched this week, down from last week's 7.34 million. While these numbers are lower, they're much better than the series low that was hit just a few weeks ago.

Next week will be the Season 3 finale for Once Upon a Time, with a two-hour extravaganza airing. It appears that we've already gotten rid of our latest big bad in Zelena, but in exchange there's a new portal opening up, and Emma (Jennifer Morrison) will find herself falling into it…again. We might be going back in time, but we'll have to wait and see!

Are you surprised the ratings went down this week? Hit the comments and let us know!

Once Upon a Time airs Sunday nights at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
