Grey's Anatomy

Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 23 Spoilers: What to Expect From “Everything I Try to Do, Nothing Seems to Turn Out Right”

Cristina (Sandra Oh) is leaving Grey Sloan Memorial, and on Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 23, "Everything I Try to Do, Nothing Seems to Turn Out Right" we'll see the docs closest to her try to wrap their minds around that frightening fact. Unlike viewers, they haven't had an entire season's worth of warning!

Beyond the buildup to goodbye, what else can we expect from this episode? We've gathered all of the biggest hints, sneak peeks, and spoilers right here to hold you over until tomorrow.

The Official Synopsis

Let's start with the official synopsis of the episode:

With Derek (Patrick Dempsey) away, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) spends time with Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) and finds out her true feelings about her time in Seattle. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) deals with the ramifications of her actions, and Callie (Sara Ramirez) receives devastating news. Meanwhile, the residents panic after hearing that one of them will be fired.

Plus, this episode will feature a potential new love interest for one of the male docs.

Bad News All Around

It's nearing the end of the season, so we guess it's no surprise that there's a lot of bad news going around the hospital this week. According to spoilers, Callie's "devastating" news will be "terrible." Hasn't she been through enough? We're not sure what the news is, but we hope the spoilers are overplaying it. Sigh. Whatever it is, we hope it doesn't affect Calzona!

Meanwhile, Bailey's "actions" are clearly a reference to her decision to go ahead and perform her treatment on Braden even though his parents had verbally withdrawn consent. As we see in this sneak peek, Branden’s parents are pushing for a lawsuit despite his recovery. No, not for malpractice, but assault and battery. Wow.

We hope everything works out! What Bailey did definitely skirts the line of medical ethics (yes, they had already signed the form, but that doesn't really make it OK), but she also seems to have saved Braden's life.

And, of course, there's also the question of which resident is on the chopping block. We know Gaius Charles (Shane Ross) and Tessa Ferrer(Leah Murphy) are leaving the show at the end of the season, so we're guessing it's one of them, but there could be more twists coming our way.

And Cristina's Goodbye?

In this sneak peek, we see that Cristina has to interview Dr. Russell's replacement. She thinks it's no big deal, but Mer is convinced Owen is plotting something.

Is he? In the preview for the episode, it looks like Owen proposes to Cristina, but that could be a total mislead. We'll have to wait and see!
