Bachelorette 2014 Spoilers: How Far Does Dylan Petitt Make It?
Look, we're not proud, but ever since Dylan Petitt first nervously introduced himself to Andi Dorfman, we've been dying to run our fingers through his hair (or wash it, Out of Africa style). But since we're not ones to get in a rose fight with a reigning Bachelorette, we've just been counting down the moments till we had the chance.
Andi and Dylan got off to a slightly rough start when he hopped out of the limo in a pool of sweat and forgot everything he wanted to say (instead, opting to tell her he needed his personal space — yikes!). But the shy guy bounced back in a major way. His Chris Harrison lap dance on Episode 2 showed Andi just the amount of personality she needed to see from him, and he quickly showed his Atlantan gal that he deserved a little solo time.
After making it to Connecticut for Episode 4, Dyls nabbed a 1-on-1, with the cuties riding the rails to romance by taking the Essex steam train (Andi sure does love her old timey dates, doesn’t she?). It was your classic first date: She wore a turtleneck, he talked about his siblings' tragic deaths... you know, first date stuff. Although she promised it wasn't a pity rose, he got one anyway and sailed through to the European portion of things.
Andi kept the hottie around as the remaining men jetted to Marseilles, France in Episode 5 to mime around (Dylan = superb mime) and then to Venice, Italy on Episode 6. In case your PTSD has blocked out that awful date, A.Dorf had her boys hooked up to a lie detector test, and it was sooo not his bag, since he quit in the middle of the date and went back to the hotel. While that wasn't enough to get him ousted, his road is ending anyway.
According toReality Steve, Dylan will be on the chopping block on Monday, June 30's Season 10 Episode 7 in Belgium. But before you go crying a river, just know that he bounced back just fine, and even joined the cast of Bachelor in Paradise for a bit before settling back into his life in Boston, waiting for us to call.
Will you be sad to see Dylan go? Tell us what you think of him in the comments.
