Stevie J. Goes Back to Partying Days After Arrest For Child Support (PHOTOS)

Looks like Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Season 3 star Stevie J. is saying “arrest, shmarrest.” In recent photos, the star is partying it up with his wife and fellow co-star, just days after being released from jail.

On Monday, June 9, the reality star was arrested for allegedly failing to pay over $1 million in child support. Two days later, Stevie’s wife, Joseline Hernandez, was able to bail her hubby out of the clink on a $25,000 bond.

“It feels great,” Stevie told The Associated Press about being out of jail. “I’m just ready to get this behind me.”

And it appears that Stevie’s first plan of action was to head to a nightclub in Atlanta on Thursday night with his co-stars, Joseline, Karlie Redd, Yung Joc, Bambi, and Lil Scrappy, to host a massive birthday bash weekend party.

Joseline posted photos of the duo together, as well as some pics with her equally scantily clad castmate Karlie. The two will also be jet setting to New Orleans this Father’s Day weekend to host at yet another club.

While we don’t mind the couple continuing their fabulous life of poppin’ bottles and hosting parties, we hope that Stevie is prepared for his imminent court case. Following his arrest, the former Bad Boy producer was ordered to appear in a New York court to answer to the child support charge.

“We plan on proving that if there is an amount owed, it is definitely not a million dollars, nor anything close to that amount," Stevie’s attorney, Daniel Meachum, said.

Let’s hope Stevie sets aside some of his hosting cash for the battle to come!
