Who Is “A”? Our Top 5 Suspects From Pretty Little Liars Season 5, Episode 5

"A" is back, baby — and more extreme than ever. Blowing up a house? That's a whole new level of crazy.

So, now we know for sure that Shana wasn't big "A"? But who is? Here are the people who have us most suspicious after Pretty Little Liars Season 5, Episode 5 (“Miss Me x 100").

Jenna Marshall

Why she might be "A": "A" has been MIA for weeks. Jenna (Tammin Sursok) gets back to town, and suddenly "A” starts blowing up houses? In Rosewood, we can't let a coincidence like that go. Plus, we know Jenna is up to something, thanks to her meeting with Mona (Janel Parrish). Yes, it was her house that got blown up but is that because someone is after her, or because she wants to throw everyone off her trail?

Why she might not be "A": Well, the whole being blind thing would make it more difficult to pull off some of "A"'s stunts. Plus, Jenna is as often victim as she is aggressor, and she seemed truly broken over Shana. She's definitely involved in Rosewood's tangled web of alliances and enemies, but we're not sure if she's the person pulling the strings, or just one more player trying to stay alive.

Melissa Hastings

Why she might be "A": We know from Mrs. Hasting's tearful scene with Spencer that Mr. Hastings and Melissa (Torrey DeVitto) lied about where they were the night Mrs. D died. Mrs. Hastings obviously blames her husband for getting Melissa involved, but as awful as Mr. Hastings can be, he does seem to really love and want to protect his daughters. It's very possible that Melissa is the one who dragged her dad into things that night. Plus, we know she's at least somewhat connected to Mona's army, and we have to wonder if she's the one who was pulling up to that little meeting with Mona, Jenna, and Sydney.

Why she might not be "A": As always, we mostly want to believe Melissa isn't Big "A" for Spencer's sake. Like Jenna, she's definitely a major player, but is she the one in charge?

Why he might be "A": Lucas's party seemed tailor-made to distract Hanna. But that could just mean he's one of Mona’s many pawns. But what we find interesting was that he actually seemed willing to give Ali a second chance — and the first "A" attack didn't start up again until after Mona "proved" Ali hasn't changed at all. Could Lucas have decided enough is enough?

Why he might not be "A": Ultimately, Lucas seems more like a follower than a leader. But could that just be a big mislead?
