Will the Divas Make a Breakthrough in Group Therapy? (VIDEO)
It’s Wednesday, and you know what that means — an all-new episode of TV One’s hit reality TV show, R&B Divas L.A.After last week’s episode with several of the ladies getting off on the bad foot with Chanté Moore, Chrisette Michele suggests that the gals do a group therapy session to let all their grievances on the table. And while it looks to be therapeutic for some, for others… not so much.
In the new sneak peek for tonight’s episode, Season 2 newbie Leela James doesn’t look too pleased to be in the therapy session, while Michel’le seems to think it’ll be OK. When Michel’le tries to address the lingering issues she, Chante, Lil’ Mo ,and Claudette Ortiz have, Chrisette grows annoyed at their conservative statement.
“A while back we did have an issue where there was disagreement,” Michel’le tells the therapist. When the doc asks if everyone knows what the disagreement was, Chrisette begins to talk of her own frustration.
“It seems like everyone’s afraid to say Kelly Price,” Chrisette says in her confessional. “Just say her name, get it off your chest, deal with it and we can move on. Listen, Kelly’s not watching. She’s booked.”
During the premiere episode Lil’ Mo made it painfully clear that the ladies still had a couple trust issues regarding their project with Kelly Price, the Divalogues, last season, which ended up being split into two completely different performances.
Will the ladies be able to survive therapy — and will they get over their gripe with Kelly? Guess we’ll have to tune in to see.
R&B Divas L.A. airs tonight, Wednesday, July 30 at 10 p.m. ET on TV One.
