Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Nicole Napolitano: “I Do Not Condone Violence”

On last Sunday's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6, Nicole Napolitano ended up in the middle of the season's first big fight — a fight that turned physical. How does Nicole feel about her confrontation with Amber Marchese?

In her latest Bravo blog, Nicole insisted that this situation was out of character for her.

"One important thing I want to make clear, VERY CLEAR, is that I do not condone violence," she wrote. "I regret that the whole physical altercation ever took place. It was truly unfortunate and undignified. I have never been in that position before and hope to God I never will be again."

Huh. Does that mean she doesn't get into any more (physical) fights this season? It sounds like it.

All that said, she doesn't seem to think she was entirely out of line in confronting Amber, adding that "I will never back down to ANYONE who attempts to ruin my reputation! So actually the loss of a few hair extensions was not much compared to the defamation of my character. To me, verbal abuse can be just as harmful as physical abuse, and that is exactly what took place."

What do you think: Was what Amber said as bad as Nicole pulling hair? Sound off in the comments below!
