Meet Glamorous Monique, an overseas pop star who has admittedly had 200 plastic surgery procedures. Why is this big-breasted transgender waltzing into Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif’s office for a Botched consultation? Read on to find out!
“I first started with my SRS [sex reassignment surgery] when I was 22,” Monique began. “I was so happy to have my sex change. Why go through all the body modifications to become a woman and still have a ding-a-ling hanging.” Well, girlfriend does have a point there.

Then Monique drops the bomb on Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif — she’s had 200 procedures over the years! How has one person racked up that many operations, you ask? “I’ve had maybe eight breast surgeries,” Monique explained. “I don’t want to be a flat-chested girl, I don’t. I’m known for my breasts — from here to London to Paris.”
Monique goes on to tell the docs that many of the procedures were free silicon injected into her body — from Tijuana, no less — and that upwards of 45 procedures were performed to remove that silicon. Dr. Dubrow then says the silicon Monique has gotten over the years is “very scary” because “it can become infected” making way for “horrible bacteria to take over the body” leading to “losing limbs” or death. Yikes!
So what brings the “Punch My Kitty” singer to Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif? For her 201st procedure, she wants her pixie ears fixed. This one’s gonna be a doozy!
The Season 1 finale of Botched airs Sunday, August 17, at 10:30 p.m. ET on E!
