Dancing With the Stars Season 19: Pros Don’t Know Troupe Status Yet?

Several pro dancers may still be in limbo right now, the day after Dancing With the Stars revealed its competing pro lineup for Season 19. Only 12 pros made the cut, but there’s always the troupe, which also gets a great showcase during the season. Who will be on that list?

AfterBuzz TV’s Kristyn Burtt gave an update on August 13, several hours after the Good Morning America pro cast announcement, sharing another video with her 15-second dance scoop. "Here's the deal you guys,” she said, “No one from the troupe has been notified at all whether they're returning, so no one knows anything. That's the update as of Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. here on the West Coast. See you soon."

OK, so that’s bad news for the dancers (“Do I have a job for the next 2-3 months or not?”) but it gives fans some hope for any favorite pros that didn’t make the competing cut. Tristan MacManus is still out, since he’s dancing in the U.K., and Maks Chmerkovskiy has decided to stop dancing on DWTS. But maybe Sharna Burgess, Sasha Farber, Henry Byalikov, Lindsay Arnold, Jenna Johnson, Gleb Savchenko and/or others will still hear some good news.

Which pros do you hope to see in the troupe for the fall 2014 season?

DWTS Season 19 premieres Monday, September 15 from 8 to 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
