Depends on what Ali has done. We’re still not really sure what exactly Alison is guilty of, though we know she has something to apologize for. Best case scenario: She is guilty of lying to and manipulating the Liars. Worst case scenario: She is “A” and is guilty of a lot more. Up until recently, Emily has been on Ali’s side. If Ali comes clean about everything she knows sooner rather than latter, we think there’s still a chance for these two. If Ali is “A”, there’s no way Emily would ever forgive her.
Emily doesn’t want things to be like this. Things are certainly looking promising in the Canadian promo for the ep. We see Emily telling Ali: “I don’t want things to be like this,” implying that she’s unhappy with the current state of their relationship. On the other hand, we know from the sneak peek that Emily is trying to keep Ali distracted so the other Liars can pull off some scheme. Is Em just telling Ali what she thinks she wants to hear?
Emily makes her own decisions. Though the Liars would most likely be against a rekindled relationship between Emily and Ali, Em makes it clear to Ali in the sneak peek that she makes her own decisions: “It’s not a group vote,” she tells Ali. Yep, Emily is impervious to peer pressure. One of her many superpowers.
Will Ali forgive Emily? There’s another side to this situation, of course, and that’s Alison’s feelings towards Emily. In the sneak peek, Ali does not seem too happy when she finds out that Em is distracting her for Team Liar. “You’ve got a text from Hanna. She want to know if you’re still keeping my busy. I’m ‘A’, right?” Ali asks, coyly. She seems pretty pissed at Emily’s scam. She’s probably not too happy with Em’s suspicion that she really may be “A”. Would you be?
