The Honest Company, Co-Founded by Jessica Capshaw’s Husband, Now Worth Around $1 Billion

Nobody ever said being honest gets you far in Hollywood, but Grey's Anatomy star Jessica Capshaw (Arizona Robbins) has "Honest" husband Christopher Gavigan to thank for what could be a nine-figure payday!

You see, Christopher is the co-founder of The Honest Company — which sells eco-friendly baby care products. (His fellow co-founder? Another famous actress named Jessica — Jessica Alba.)

As The Wall Street Journal reports, the company has just been valued at nearly $1 billion dollars. That means that Chris and Jessica A. could receive a check with a bunch of zeroes on it if they were to ever sell the company.

And, as capable and competent as Chris surely is, Jessica A. is getting a lot of the credit for the two-year-old company's exponential success.

"She is an international star," investor Jeremy Liew tells the WSJ. "We're starting to see a lot of demand from her fans around the world. This idea for non-toxic, chemical free products has resonated around the world in developed and developing countries."

Clearly the company has not suffered one bit from the unflattering grade Gwyneth Paltrow's blog Goop recently gave an Honest Company product. Now, Christopher, Jessica, and Jessica are free to "shake it off" and laugh their way to the bank!
