The Vampire Diaries Season 6, Episode 14 Title Revealed: “Stay”
Are you ready to hear the title of The Vampire DiariesSeason 6, Episode 14? SpoilerTV has just revealed a screenshot of the episode’s script and it’s title is a good one. What will Season 6, Episode 14 be called?
The episode in question is titled “Stay.” Though this may not seem like a fountain of spoiler information, we’re actually quite intrigued by this simple yet powerful title. Generally, the titles of the episode refer to some underlying theme in the installment, one that affects not just one character, but many. How might this theme of staying apply to TVD? Well, our first thought is of the ailing Sheriff Forbes. Though she didn’t die in the midseason finale as predicted, we now know she has terminal cancer, which means her days are (probably) numbered. Could this title refer to Caroline’s plea that her mother not leave her? We’re tearing up just thinking about it.
“Stay” could also apply to the Delena relationship. Those these two seem to be working things out slowly, they’ve yet to have the defining moment in the rekindling of their relationship. Could it happen in Episode 14, perhaps in either Damon or Elena asking the other to “stay” with them? We think so.
Other information revealed by the snapshot of Zach Roerig’s (Matt Donovan) script for the episode? It was written by Brian Young and Caroline Dries, and will be directed by Chris Grismer. Chris has been behind many TVD episodes, most recently the Season 5 finale and the show’s 100th episode. So, yeah, we’re pretty excited about his directorial role in Season 6, Episode 14.
