Grey’s Anatomy Season 11, Episode 11 Preview: Jo Babysitting for Mer? (VIDEO)

Would you trust a hoodlum to watch your kids? That's the predicament Meredith is facing in this sneak peek from the Grey's Anatomy episode airing this Thursday, February 12 — Season 11, Episode 11: "All I Could Do Was Cry."

Did we mention the hoodlum is her colleague, Jo?

As the clip starts, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) is frantically giving Alex (Justin Chambers) marching orders for babysitting Zola and Bailey.

"Why don't you tell this to Jo (Camilla Luddington)?" he responds. "She's gonna be doing it."

Mer is shocked, and Alex explains that she's the one that offered — and that he's on call all weekend.

"I can't leave my kids with Wilson," Mer protests. "Wilson is a hoodlum. I leave my kids with my person. Cristina did it all the time."

Alex, incredulous at the idea of Cristina conducting bathtime, tells Mer to talk to Jo, but Mer shuts down the idea: "No Jo!"

Check out the preview above to see why Meredith will need a babysitter for a full weekend — and to see who else volunteers for the job!
