Walking Dead Alum Dallas Roberts Cast in Massive TV Crossover

Former Walking Dead star Dallas Roberts is about to be very busy, as the 44-year-old actor has been cast on the upcoming epic crossover between NBC dramas Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, and Law & Order: SVU.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, Dallas — who played The Governor’s (David Morrissey) right-hand man Milton on the AMC drama — will portray a suspected serial killer in the highly-anticipated crossover event. THR notes that Dallas’ character is Greg Yates, who is described as “a charismatic doctor who becomes the prime suspect in a string of brutal rape/murders.” The crossover episodes are scheduled to air on April 28 and 29.

On TWD Dallas’ Milton was The Governor’s reluctant second in command. When The Gov. ordered Milton to kill Andrea he went after the one-eyed villain instead, but The Governor ultimately murdered his onetime ally and left him in a locked room to turn and bite a trapped Andrea. It’ll be interesting to see how Dallas tackles this latest character, who sounds like he is potentially pretty evil.

After leaving The Walking Dead Dallas appeared on shows such as Unforgettable and The Good Wife.

Are you psyched to see Dallas play a suspected serial killer on the upcoming Chicago Fire-Chicago PD-Law & Order: SVU crossover? Sound off below!

The Walking Dead Season 6 premieres this fall on AMC.
